Hello there, I’m Sue and I am so glad you stopped by. My purpose is to help you find your healing and calm through a holistic approach that honors your mind, body, and spirit. As an accredited certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner, I work with clients to address emotional blocks, reduce stress, process trauma, and much more all to promote inner peace. With my certification as a Health Coach and background as a Registered Dietitian, I combine all my years of growth and knowledge into holistic strategies to nurture both body and mind.

I strive to create a safe space for individuals to explore their challenges and discover their own paths to wellness. My holistic philosophy integrates the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of health, guiding clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes that foster inner peace and vitality. Helping others cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, promoting healing and growth through mindfulness and supportive guidance is my goal.

Whether through one-on-one sessions or group workshops, I am passionate about holding space for transformation and inspiring others to embrace their unique journey toward their best self and toward self love. I am honored to help, at your pace, in this sacred journey.

What is EFT

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of psychology and acupressure. It involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on emotional issues or physical discomfort. The technique is based on the idea that negative emotions can disrupt the body's energy system, and by tapping on these points, individuals can help restore balance and reduce distress.

EFT is often used to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, stress, trauma, and phobias. Many people find it to be a quick and effective way to release emotional blockages and promote feelings of calm and clarity. The process encourages self-awareness and emotional processing, making it a valuable tool in holistic wellness practices.
